I say it looks like a Moo Juice bottle of some sort but not sure? It's a "slick" - has no writing or anything.

Found at a road tear out in front of an old house.

Here's a WAG:
Maybe it was a glass company's generic blank which could be heated and expanded (blown) into a customer's desired design.

it was found out in front of that old VA hospital site I dug last yr where I found all the stuff that belonged to a surgeon -- maybe it was used there as a medicine bottle or test tube or the like?

Looks like a 1920s medicine oil bottle...

would of had a paper label no embossing..
