Little solo tribal action this morning with my new friend- the Nox

Anytime I go coin hunting and can pull at least one silver or any coin period that dates in the 1800s- I rate a good hunt.

Saw some thing this morning in another site, I really liked, will talk about later.
Btw, that screw looking thingy, has a copper or washer on it.

Yeah, you dug that screw and it sounded SO good because of that 'extra' Eddy current in that perfect round shape!!!
Been there, dug loads like that with Minelab's... they love 'em!'
Ferrous & non ferrous in one target, bet you got good sounds and possibly 70/30% confusing notes the 30% being the ferrous portion?'

I just stated the one thing found had both a ferrous and nonferrous component. All I said.

And I have done this before here too when showing pics.
Have you used Nox yet?

Jeez.... No need to get your knickers in a twist!!!!
I was only attempting to interpret what you saw and heard on that target... that was all!!!
All good fun...trying to figure this new detector out???

I can see now why support for your contributions have diminished!!!

No Des you are the one who starting using exclamation points in this thread.
Second most normal people responding to a finds thread would say what?? Nice find , congrats, or something in that line.

At least I still have you in my fan club cause you're still reading my post.
Not a total loss.

'Not for long with that stupid attitude!!! ( if you care to go back to a few of your posts / finds etc you will see I was quite supportive)

Don't let the door hit you, you know where.

I see nothing wrong with my attitude.
I am accurately reporting on a new detector to me as best I can.

Nothing like watching a couple school girls pull each others hair lol. I would'nt worry about support diminishing on here. It's a click not to many are a part of. As long as your Post views are on the up and up your support is there. I'm not well recieved on this forum most of the the time and very seldom get a reply. Post views show the true story. Nice finds great post!!!!

Good finds TNSS. Both of you guys have good input and I have picked up a lot of useful info. It is sad to see how things can turn with just a misunderstanding. I just hope that neither one of you get ill enough not to post. I just got my Nox and cant get a opportunity to use it. Full moon Thursday and I will be having a road trip to hopefully find some beach erosion. I'm hearing from a local club president that the 40Kz is picking up the "Micro" jewelry so with the sanded in conditions on the Grand Strand is good to hear something is happening. Depositors are really starting to show up.

Texting is 2 tone with closed audio and no VID. Little bits of trash make it easy to get sparky and fail to dig great non-ferris items. Best to iron out the site and move on.

Guys,
All I was saying - wanted to mention - those 2part nail/bolt/roof nails/screws create both ferrous and non ferrous signatures and I've dug them with a lot of different detectors in one of my worst trash infested sites as many old buildings once there are now gone and I'm still finding evidence of them.
It's also one of the sites where I developed / prototyped many BBS, FBS, V-Flex, FBS2, GPX models and not one of them could say with 100% certainty they weren't 'one thing or another!'
They are very interesting targets.

That's all. I wasn't trying to cheapen anyone's reporting.

And I didn't really think they were 'great finds' either: more like mundane finds.
And if the EQX found them where another detector didn't, then that's great but it still doesn't make them 'great finds'

Off my soap box now.
