Am I the only one hunting coins with the LTD in "CL" mode?

I love running this unit with DISC=0, DP tones and SENS=3. Minelabe quiet, no EMI, and pounds targets deep. I use Killer Bee headphones with the headphone volume turned up 100% and detector volume set to 75%. Shallow targets sound off very loud; deep targets are quieter and easily distinguished.

I run slow, but never as slow as my Etrac.

Perform this bench test: set it up as I described and hang the coil off the end of a table. Pass a few targets under the coil at various speeds. Then try it in BP mode and DE modes.

Tell me what you find.

But is this a typo ? SENS=3.

I wonder how well this would work with the new 15" DD coil coming out next week ???

No typo. Too high of SENS and deep targets are too loud. In addition, I see no improvement in tone nor VID.

CL mode?? What's that? I never get past BP! Lol
