LMAO!! I did notice in Field2 on my first hunt that bottle caps were pretty iffy signals. Almost all of the "good" targets I dug had solid TIDs and the audio was good, the audio was warbly (for lack of a better word) on crown caps, but that may be different in salt water and using the beach modes?
