To compare Equinox with Intronik, some video tests.
March 24, 2018 10:21PM
It was an idea to compare multi frequency tecknology of the both detectors on highly mineralized soil and to see if the both detectors could catch coins of different sizes on this soil and under Hot Rock of approximately 10 cm.by 10 cm.
So,low tones were signals of the both items for the soil and Hot Rock, but high tones if there were, the signals for coins.
The both detectors were set in multi frequency mode.

In the very beginning, you can see how the soil and Hot Rock were attracted to a magnet,so,it was very complicated ground.

To assist Equinox to detect coins with a high tone, the border of a high tone was moved to -2.So,all signals detected by Equinox up to -2 were considered as non-ferrous.It was no need to change settings on Intronik to detect coins as non-ferrous.

price and underwater use are the biggest factors

This is only a test on a very complicated soil and not a discussion about a price or what detector is better or worse.Just detecting in force-majeure conditions.Of course if another test is detecting under water, most of us know a result before starting the test.
