R2 new coil design

Is there any difference in EMI with the solid epoxy coil? Being waterproof is a biggie for me.

Didnt notice any difference in EMI from the older one..

The R2 7x11 stock coil is supposed to be even Different than the one right now in production by the time the R2 is released

The ears are supposed to be more towards the middle and a different shell..

I'm still wanting a Epoxy filled 5x10 for Surf work..It was the only coil I could get to work in the Surf last Year at the ocean..but it floated...

You'll love the 5x10 on the Racer's ...

Good to know on the new coil and yeah, owning the new 5x10 is a given. I have an R2 on pre-order but will have to wait a bit on addt'l coils. This snow is going to hang around for a while anyway.
