Members may be a little hesitant about purchase with you being registered only 19 days & with 7 posts.-----What is the reason you are selling this detector?------Posting a little more info on the open forum would be helpful (rather than through p.m.'s).

Good point .I have actually been a member for at least 20 years but lost my credentials long ago ,but I have been a keen follower since then .Finally made the step to get back on .I am very well known in the North Eastern states attending club hunts in NY,Pa ,NJ etc,etc.I make regular posts on the Canadian forum ,where I have bought and sold many detectors over the years .
Reason for selling : I have at least 6 deteectors .I find the Nox is. not responsive to Canadian clad. As are most of the others .I am used to finding $1500 plus a year in steel clad , so if I was solely a relic hunter I would certainly be happy with the Nox .The E trac I have emulates it just fine , and I don't have a real need for the Nox , good as it is .This one is spotless , and hardly used .

Looks like the "Minelab shortage" is ending as they are popping up in stock everywhere .
I think corporate has ridden that pony as far as they can go.
I think Cabela's is holding at 899 but most dealers will probably knox off 50 bucks or so for new with full warranty.
Glad I sold mine when I did.

Agreed. Cabelas has had them in stock for like 2 weeks now. When I got the 600 you couldn't find the 800. I am glad I saved my $250. [www.cabelas.com]

By summers end Nox's will be going cheap. Already a lot popin' up for sale. Not bashing just way it is when a New Detector comes out especially when No other Company puts a New machine out.

Uh oh, looks like the Nox is going to obsolete all used detectors now !
