Some dealers taking preorders for new Deus coils

Looks like price wise $425 for the 9”and 11”coils and $499 for the 13x11”coil.

On my dealers UK site, he has the 11"at £350, and the 11"LF at £275
I think it will be popular here.

Here is some info on the new coils -

Elliptical 35 Frequency Waterproof DD Search Coil - The DEUS X35 search coils are available in 9” (22cm), 11” (28cm) and 13” x 11” (34/28cm) sizes. These coils will work with the DEUS in update version 5. Designed around brand new electronic advances, these new high performance and versatile coils will allow you to choose from a wide range of frequencies ranging from 3.7 kHz to 27.7 kHz. In total there are 35 available frequencies, based around 5 main frequencies that are quickly accessible. 5 Year parts and labor warranty. Includes coil cover, lower pole and hardware.

With its active coils defining the machine, the XP really is a moving target in terms of comparing it to other machines. The coils are pricey, though...

LOl, yeah that's an Idea, It would be good machine for people learn the ropes,

Walking in to a detector store can be a bit off putting with all the hi tech machines out there now, Gone are the days of unlimited finds.

$462.00 bucks for a Coil is a bit Spiteful,

The main use for the coil is for gold hunting? I have talked to other users in the UK and USA and the last batch of higher freq coils seem to work best for finding quail shot and nuggets. The Vista Gold Gain has a freq of 35 I think and I had one and it hit on a lot of relics. So I have to wonder what market they are after with these new coils and software updates

Although a multitude of frequencies to select from, it only detects on a single frequency though right??
