THE NEW 9'' AND 13'' COILS
September 20, 2018 03:54PM
Hello all..... some of you guys have been asking for 9'' and 13'' coils for the Kruzer...it is done.... we have developed these and will start shipping them at the same time with the Anfibio series.

Both coils are compatible with the Anfibio and Kruzers.

Thank you!

Holy crap that didn't take long!!

Heading out now with the Multi Kruzer and Nox to see if anybody deposited any rings in the swimmin holes the last couple weeks.

No, These have the waterproof connectors. You'll have to buy MARS coils for the IMPACT.

I stand corrected.

Not sure what the official company position is, but the Impact coils and Kruzer coils do work on each machine. I run the little 7.5" x 4" coil from my Impact on the Kruzer and it works great, killer little coil in iron.

Yes and no. The Impact coils will work on a Kruzer or Anfibio, however the Impact search coils have a very short coil cable and might not be long enough to work on a Kruzer or Anfibio if the user is very tall. Should be under 6' by a few inches.

The Kruzer and Anfibio coils should work on an Impact, but they have long coil cables that wrap around the outside of the rod. That makes them too long to effectively be crammed inside the Impact's lower and middle rods, so they can plug in and work, but can't be hooked up to the coil on a rod and be useful.

Based on my experimenting trying Impact coil on Anfibio, for length.
I am 70.5”tall. Too short of cable on Impact coil for proper detector fit.
Btw my wingspan mirrors my height, so my arms are I consider very proportionally sized for my height.
I’ll say user needs to be no taller than 68” tall (estimated) to get a good fit using Impact coil on Anfibio.

Also Sharpshooter will be ponying up for some of the coils for Anfibio when they become available.
You may see me make reference to the term Rolls-Royce in the near future.

Sometimes it sucks being tall and with short arms.

As I surf the forums and read posts about the Minelab Equinox 6 inch coil still not being found by those who want it, and the 15 inch coil yet to be released I have to ask why? Is Minelab over whelmed by the sales numbers? Are the coils more labor intensive? Is the Minelab production facility that much smaller? Yup here goes goodmore with another negative thought........Minelab you should have done better. Please learn from the competition.

Look fellas, this really isn't that hard to understand. They are the fastest growing company in the world. If you aren't going to move fast with them, then get in the slow lane and go however slow you want to go and let the fast movers go. Think of it like driving on the interstate...in some places if you are in the fast lane and going slow, it is against the law and you'll get a ticket. Or even worse...people will flat run you over. That's the one thing that should be clear to everyone...Nokta/Makro is "east bound and down...loaded up and truckin'" lol You'd better mat the pedal to the floor if you are gonna keep up with them.

I think their company motto should be "Lead, follow, or get out of our way".

You could always go back to the Fisher 75 LTD LTD2 CAMO SE CLASSIC Anniversary Edition, they won't obsolete the F75 any time soon.

Nope, the F75 LTD DST will still be going strong for years to come. A true flagship detector that is also fully supported by the company. smileys with beer

Lawrenzo, The aftermarket coil makers have the Impact covered so I wouldn't fret too much about Nokta/Makro's lack of interest in the Impact. MARS has a good selection.of coils.

And they don’t cost 500 either.

I'm fine getting the deus with the X 35 coil. the freq goes up to around 28 and the programs and software updates are like having a new detector with each upgrade. I'll keep the impact also. I really like it as a backup.

Just wanted to chime in - this is not about lack of interest. All our products including the Impact are like our ''children'' so to say, as so much time and effort go in to develop each.. This is really about demand and supply as our company tries its best to provide what the majority of the people ask for. As you can imagine, it would be so hard to meet individual requests. I personally got so many emails from people around the world including some of the members of this forum for these 2 coils for the Kruzer. Now, if people request certain size coils for the Impact as well, we can definitely work on it but so far the demand has been very low. Thank you!

I'm fine with it that the impact is a great machine and I have some nice coils just unhappy about other factors. You shouldn't just leave your testers in the dark they should be part of your family and future. Even when your done with them. At least that is how I feel...But I'm testing for another company at this moment so no problems.

I would love to have a 4" x 20" DD coil please. Ground coverage is more important than depth for us inland jewelry hunters. In the USA we have access to sports fields, athletics fields, parks and school fields of many acres in size. The more ground we can cover the more likely we are of coming home with a good jewelry find.

Historically there has been the Whites Bigfoot coil (out of production), and the Tesoro Cleansweep coil. The Cleansweep is still in production but Tesoro detectors are a bit limited in feature set. A Nokta/Makro coil of similar size paired to any of your feature rich detectors would be the Cats Meow.

I'd be your biggest fanboy forever (BFF) if you guys were to make that coil for the Impact.

We've asked many times for a "Big Foot" like coil..... since the Racer actually, so not sure if Nokta/Makro will ever do one?

Lawrenzo, we are not ''done'' with our testers... we want them to continue to be our customers whether they test for us or not...but like I said, it has to be feasible for the company to develop certain products..at the end of the day, which manufacturer could afford to go into customized production for individuals? None... that includes us... Yes a few of you guys asked for that specific coil and believe me it is still in my notes... but you guys have no idea what goes into developing a simple coil sometimes.. regardless of whether we could do it or not, if we sell only a few of them, that would hurt us...and I am not talking about the financial aspect of it only...there is a more important factor - time - and we are running against time right now with all going on...and believe me we are trying our best to give you guys the best of the best... appreciated or not... it is the truth..I will not make any more comments on this subject... it is 8.30pm here and I am trying to explain myself while my 5.5 year old girl is waiting for me at home upset because she cannot see me...that is how much I value you guys and our customers...thank you!

If you keep dragging on your public beef with N/M over this in multiple threads, you can bet that no companies will want to deal with you in the future.
