Does anyone use a Garrett GTI 2500?

Gotta funny story here. My buddy told me some months ago that his dad has a detector but didn’t know what brand it was. So he had me over his dads for the Super Bowl. I says hey man where’s that detector? So he’s like oh yeah, I’ll go get it so he comes back w the GTI 2500! I was like thinking ehh boy. It was like new, his dad may have used it once. So my buddy wants me to take him detecting and of course he wants to use his dads GTI. I tried talking him into trying my Bandido however he’s pretty insistent on me helping him learn how to use that big green tank! LOL
