Looking at it today. Most of my dirt is similar to Keith's. The cold bedrock is a bigger issue on my permissions.

George......… on most detectors...… you can only Ground Balance. If that doesn't work for your dirt & conditions...…. your out-of-luck.
The unique/neat thing about the Tarsacci is...… if Ground Balance does not do the magic trick ……. you have more options in the tool-bag! You can then employ Salt Balance. If that still does not work...…...you can then employ Black Sand. You have much more options to utilize/employ..... until you "crack the code" of your dirt.
Another great thing is...…. Keith, Daniel TN, Teresa and others HAVE cracked-the-code...…. and have already reported settings here...….that can genuinely help.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,. to include (the time-saving) expediting of the learning-curve.

Right now...…… I think Keith LIVES on the 6Khz frequency option...…. and does not invoke Black Sand option. Ground Balance & Salt Balance are his only two most critical adjustments for his 5-bar N. Georgia red dirt.

So this was developed by the same engineer as the Coinstrike detector?
I wonder what Tarsacci means?
Funny name for an American made detector. I wonder why Ole' Cal doesn't run one through his test garden?
Maybe cause it will whip his mighty Nox and Deus LOL!
He only likes to beat up on Old Analogs.
Maybe Ole' Daniel can send him his like he wanted me to do with my CZ-3D?

I will run sensitivity at 6 threshold -2, freq 6 to 9 and will salt balance. In the iron patches I will run in the disc mode, open fields mixed.

Not sure what that is but have no plans on purchasing the New Aquaman.

Weather and work keeps me off the playiing field. I know it's easy to use and handles my hot ground with the additional ground balance options.Reminds me off my AKA metal detectors in both mixed mode and disc tones. A brief test resulted in one flat buton in an iron patch. Lite weight. Going to go wireless headphones soon.Stay safe and well friend.
