It Just Dawned On Me

It just dawned on me that I recently found 2 barber coins in short order with my Fisher CZ-5 at two super hard-hit parks. Maybe I should start using the CZ-5 more.

For some reason, it seems to be able to kick EMI in the butt without noticeable loss of depth. Why can't the newer detectors do that?

Yep the Etrac was the only New tech. Machine I ever owned that was just as good with EMI.

Very hard to beat a good CZ and the Etrac for old coin hunting. In fact, I haven't found any machine yet that can. Maybe the CTX but it doesn't handle emi as good as the other two consistently.

they are NOT "smart" enough!
again,that "obsolete" 30 year old tech.
