"Follow Topic" emails

In the control center there is the option to receive an email anytime someone replies to a topic that you are following. I have always had this enabled but at some point in time the system stopped sending these emails and I cannot figure out why.
Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone know of a fix?

I was wondering the same thing just a day or two ago! I even checked my settings! Still, no notifying e-mails! I'd love to know the solution too! Thanks for posting this!
