Whites TRX pin pointer.

I have a TRX that I love & have used constantly for 3-4 yrs.---not sure exactly how long but it's waaay over the Whites 2 yr. warranty.-----It got so the on/off button was "spongy"--then finally it wouldn't even turn on.----I contacted Todd at Whites & described the problem to him & told him that it was no longer under warranty but I wanted to send it in for repair.-----He said "send it in, I'll take care of it".------In a reasonable length of time---I get back not a repaired TRX but a spankin NIB TRX with the new TRX paper work.--NO CHARGE-----How's that for great service!-----I believe in giving credit where credit is due---and boy---they went "over & above"!---------Del

Point being??---The TRX's have held up well (overall).----My wife is still using her TRX that was purchased the same time mine was and it's trucking along just fine.tnsharpshooter Wrote:

Glad to see White's is still giving great service...

My TRX (one of the first) is still providing great service as my wife's pinpointer.
I've had great luck with PPs over the years, so far...knock on wood...never had to send one in.

You stated you couldn’t be sure how long you have had TRX pointer.. So maybe your old post I listed will give you a better idea of just how long you had TRX.

Yeah, that post was 9/19/'15 & we had them awhile before that.----They have had some pretty heavy use also.------Thanks------------Del

I love the TRX. Whites has been doing great things for people in the hobby for decades. I hope it happens for decades to come.
