Newbie Mark - 9 to chose from, but which one?

OK. Took another look on Amazon since you guys were mentioning other brands. I do like shopping Amazon for there free shipping and great return policy. It appears these are my choices at this time. I know you guys have more expensive toys then the ones listed below but maybe you could take a second and list your top 3 choices from this list. Bare in mind would like to use on the beach and I know from some previous posts this may not be possible in this price range. Thanks again, sorry to be a pain. Mark, FL

The Delta is a good little machine. I bought one when they first came out as my leave in the truck detector. Down the road you can buy other coils for it too.

Repost: Seeing as you live in Florida, with virtually no soil mineralization, that changes the picture considerably. Provided the detector is only going to be used in low mineralization soil. Along with the additional detectors in your new list/price range. I will defer to other's opinions, who have used the detectors in your new list. Although, I consider the Delta as the frontrunner for low mineral soil useage.

Of those listed, I would go with the Delta also. But I would also go with a local dealer if possible.

If it were me, I would make sure the meter on whichever one of my choices has
a numerical readout, not only a segmented target VID but also the numerical.
So I don't think I would too happy with the Ace 250 since it is only segmented.
The reason for this is numerical sometimes can give a more narrow window
when going for the nickel range.
I see you have the Tesoro, it has single audio tone and no meter.
You will have to decide if a meter is important.
So my shortlist from your list would be in no particular order.
