Mine was pre-ordered weeks ago. I do not think that I have ever been so excited about an entry level detector as I have about the Simplex+WHP. This detector could be a game changer in many ways.

To be perfectly honest, it hasn't interested me at all, I'm done with selectable single freq machines for my soil, i am however excited about the release of the Vanquish, hopefully it's a multi freq as speculated.

Simplex may be not for some but you certainly have to agree its by far the best
representation for your money that we have seen at this price point EVER

Personally I don't think they designed this for those who have the ability to use
the higher end simultaneous frequency units - ENTRY level kind of highlights the fact

Personally, I think this is more designed to put a dent in Garrett's Ace & AT Series, who
knows? It may even make that fancy Whites MXS look ordinary. All that from one model

Simplexly Amazing >grinning smiley<

Was there a hint a while back that the Vanquish was going to in the same price range, a multi freq at single freq prices might just finish alot of the competition off?

wouldn't it be special if it "matched" an equinox find for find!
as the man said: beware the man who "knows" and uses just "one" detector,
for he is a formidable competitor afield

I don't know, if their upcoming video this weekend is anything like the previous Vanquish videos, I don't think the Simplex has anything to worry about. Really two totally different targets for these machines, I believe the Vanquish will be a $500-$600 list price coin & relic Multi-IQ machine and the SImplex will be a water proof Racer. Nothing earth shattering either way, maybe next year the SMF Nokta will be out and we'll see what Minelab does...maybe another detector vendor will surprise us?
