Concerning noktadetectors.com site — problem resolved support access works using mobile and desktop option using iPad

Dilek,
My iPad mini is updated with latest update.
However your webpage doesn’t look the same when I use my iPad vs using my laptop computer.
I cannot access it seems support data pages using my iPad from noktadetectors.com site.
It has been reported here android phone use give same results as my iPad mini.
Thought I would make you aware.


I sent Dilek email as well about this.

How do I from above site get to this page showing Simplex+ manual. I can get here doing google search for manual. And the following site shows up.

Same here as well. How do I access the following from main site. Google search reveals this site for warranty. [www.noktadetectors.com]

Okay I get that.
How do I go to main Nokta site page and once there navigate to pages where other info is shown. For example warranty info, manuals, update info. Maybe I am missing some thing. I don’t see way to get there.

From the home page scroll down the page and click on the " All Detetectors " button. At the top of that page is the "Support" option where warranty, manuals etc are linked to.

Followed your directions.
Clicked on all detectors.
Here’s is what I got.
I don’t see support option. Btw I am using iPad.

I tried the link you provided and there was no "Support" option like you said.
I'm using a linux based laptop and the Chromium browser.
The problem may be related to the ipad.

Alright.
I fired up my laptop.
It shows support when I go to noktadetectors.com.
My iPad when manually inputting same site- I get NO option for support.

Will change title to this thread. Dilek may want to be aware.

Maybe someone else with iPad will try. Maybe I am overlooking something. Seems I get a good header with my iPad. Just not the same look/options vs laptop. Maybe try a cell phone too and see what happens.

Okay.
Problems resolved as far as my iPads go. Used instructions provided here. [www.imore.com]
Don’t know about cell phones.
My cell phone not internet capable.
Plus where I live no service. Boonies.

I have the same issues that you describe while using my Samsung Android tablet and my Android phone.
Nokta/Makro needs to look into this.
Many websites do not appear the same on all web browsers or devices. The smaller the device, the less web info is displayed.

Three main groups
Desktop PC
High end mobile devices
Tablets

DeepTech Vista X with 3 search coils.
Works for me
Some feedback.
Dilek responded to my email.
She has forwarded this issue to their IT folks.

Seems this issue has been resolved by manufacturer. Using my iPad looking a Nokta Makro site I get access to support pages using both mobile and desk top option using my iPad.
