Deus 2 Puck quality?

Bought a D2 on Friday. The puck has 2 whole lines of pixels out on the screen ffs
I miss my Equinox already lol

That’s rough luck to end up with a defect, but XP service (US) has been great with me, helping me to replace a coil that came in damaged, and sending me some replacement parts. I’d start a dialog to get that replaced. I reached them at xpservicecenter@gmail.com Good luck.

Sounds like time to exercise the 5 year warranty (regardless of what other consumer protections you may have in your jurisdiction). I guess the retailer is the first port of call.
