FWIW.....my Omega was losing portions of the VDI numbers. I am a certified computer tech, meaning I checked/verified the issue thoroughly. Sent it to Felix......the tech checked it.......found nothing wrong. However, they replaced the main board and LCD display anyways. I call that darn good service. Do send in. Thats why you have a 5 yr waaranty.
