When looking for a CZ3D you want one that air tests dime at 12"?

I'm going to try and trade a detector for CZ3D on the classifieds and I want to make sure it air tests to the right depth.

Correct. Yet........... with the understanding that many folks with these normal units will not sell them.

Indeed do be careful as seems some are not up to par and the reason they are being sold....hot ones are usually held onto....personally a solid 10-11 inches is a good number as in the ground where it counts it will grab that elusive 12 inch silver dime....As far as asking for air test results know your seller or make sure Tom validated it....

Agree with Dan, I wouldn't turn away from a unit that gets a solid 2 way on a dime @ 10-11". Heck mine was maxing @ 10-11", and the nickel I.D. was off, till it came back from Tom D. Thanks again Tom
