I recently traded my 1225-x for a 1236-x2. Should I expect to get better depth with the 1236-x2.

Should I expect any other performance improvements with the 1236-x2 ?

Yes you should I would think. You should get a dime at about 8" with a 8" coil.

Depth will be (slightly) better..... with a few extra 'user' controls.
