Russian 14k gold something, and some silver

Used noise cancel #11, audio gain = 30 with the 18”x15” SEF coil, Pro coil, and the Minelab 8” coil. Sensitivity level varied depending on coil.

Of the 4 days at the beach, only the 1st and 4th day produced silver and gold.

On the 1st day, using manual sensitivity at 25 with the Procoil, got a nice very low tone signal back in the rocky area of the main beach. Trapped in a small pothole sized pocket was a 14k Russian gold “something with a green stone. It appears the tides brought it in, and it got caught in a small hole.
Did a search of another part of the rocky area and got a weak, partially discriminated high tone signal. Switched to an all-metal pattern and got a slightly stronger non-discriminated signal with a high ferrous reading, a deep, corroded, 1897 Barber dime.

The 2nd and 3rd day only produced wheat pennies, mostly corroded. On the 4th, got a corroded, worn down mercury dime not far from the 1897 dime find. Checked a location in a rocky area a stretch from the main beach. Periodically, modern coins and, less often, jewelry wash into this area. Spotted some modern jewelry, including an Italian silver necklace.

ID = inner diameter (in millimeters)
Procoil auto-sensitivity = 16
Rings air-tested with ring parallel to coil, unless otherwise noted

Here’s a photo of the Russian gold “something” and the Italian silver necklace, which I haven’t cleaned. Because of its condition, the necklace must be a relatively new lost.
Row Col carat ID grams depth FE-CO max depth description
 1 1 14k -- 1.54 3” 12-02 5” some kind of clip with a green stone

Here are before and after cleaning photos.
The top 3 photos and the 1st photo on the 2nd row are before cleaning.
The 2nd photo on the 2nd row and the 2 photos below are after cleaning.

The gold marks can be seen on the 1st photos on the 2nd and 3rd rows.
1) At the left mark appears to be a dot about center height, then a 6, then a thick “W”. Or it could be upside down, a thick “M” or bird wings, a 9, and a dot about center height. Somewhere in there is the date mark and makers mark, I think.
2) At the center mark is a Cyrillic “Be”, followed by a star with a hammer and sickle inside. Then the gold mark, which reads 583, which is approx. 14k. The Cyrillic “Be” is the location mark, and the star is the Assayer’s mark. There is a mark on the far right, but no idea what it’s for.

The 4th row are coins before cleaning. The 2 on the left are the front and back of a corroded Barber dime, below are the after cleaning photos of the dime. To the right is a worn down, but less corroded mercury dime. Below it is after cleaning.

Here are the other finds.
The watch, the president coins (along with 3 other coins), a bead from a (fake) pearl necklace, the Italian silver necklace, and other fake gold and fake silver jewelry were all in the same location. Appears to have been washed up into a rocky area, and the outgoing tide may have removed any sand overburden. These were visible in the rocky area. I first assumed it was discarded president coins and fake jewelry, but the silver necklace was in the same area as the rest.

Thanks, it will take some time to thoroughly check each mark against the marks on the left, and possibly the right of the 14k item. All the marks at the website appear to be Tsarist era, but some marks might have remained unchanged.
