Best way to set up my friends F70 for relic hunthing

We got a chance to hunt an area that dates back to 1890. It is on State Land but we have permission to find some of the lost history for them. I have the F75 and know how to set it up but my friend on the F70 would like some help.

For relic hunting I set my F75 on a disc of six or less and DE mood and a sens as high as I can get and that is 72-90 what should he do>>>

Same thing. Same set-up as F75. As high as possible on Sens.....that conditions allow. Disc should be set as low as conditions allow......just like on the F75..... where ever the bulk of the small iron Disc's out. You can choose Disc '6' and monotone....... or drop Disc to '0' and run multi-tones. If the site is extremely trashy..... put the F70 in the 'dE' mode. Threshold is a matter of preference.
