Vista Gold and totally saturated soil conditions....

Vista Gold and totally saturated soil conditions....

Have any of you fellow forum members used the Vista Gold where water is standing on top of the soil and if so did it make your Gold run less stable at higher sensitivity levels compared to less moist conditions?

Yes.... and the conductive feedback of the wet conditions caused the Vista Gold to be more unstable. Lowering Sens in concert with a different Grnd Bal (deeper into the red)...... and some of the problem is mitigated.

Hi,

thats the right way but don't go to much in the red with the Grnd. Bal because little low conducters sound than like iron !!

Offset high Ground Rej. by reducing "Disc".......slightly.
