Help dating a Toy!!!

Can anyone help me with a estimated date for the toy I found today?

It is made of lead, it is kinda thin but still has some pretty good paint left on it. the head is missing also.

Sure looks like a lead figure I played with as a kid in the 40's..but the thin molded figure is not the same as the rounder..fatter. toy soldiers and may not be from that era....

Dan, to be honest, the clothing and cane makes me think it may be Charlie Chaplin....

I'd say WW1 era thru early 1920s from the looks/style of it... Looks older than the lead toy soldiers of the 30s/40s
