Back with a Deus and decent headphones this time around.

Well, tried out the WS5 XP phones in the shop.
Very nice but not very efficient at blocking out ambient noise.
Although my expectations could be high.

Gave the CP6 chefphones a whirl, decent ambient noise reduction.
They are very close to Gray Ghost quality.

Out in the field the CP6 headphones give you some audio nuances the original backphones can only dream about.
You can actually hear the target tone shutting Off.

Armed with my second Deus and some decent headphones, headed out to a WWI shrapnel field.
Notched out the shrapnels in Basic 1 and dug the faint targets. Stuck the remote control in my pocket and actually listened to the Deus.

Peltor Protac II with 3.5 mm audio input on order.
Needed some new hearing protection for the shop anyway, I'll give these a run combined with the WS4 receiver plate.
