Is it me ?

Not sure if anyone else notices this, but has anyone else realized that the CZ coils can be scrubbed on the ground and not false, better than any other detector ?

I have a lot of detectors, and hunt different spots with all of them ( beach, parks, fields, etc.) and most all of my other detectors, I have to make sure the coil does not bump the ground. Not so with my CZ. I can scrub the coil right on the sand or ground and it just purrs along. At least I can with the 8 inch coil.

This is VERY true. Plus..........the CZ coils are very heavy....which, in turn....will dampen any rapid/high-freq oscillations that you may encounter as the coil bumps things on the ground. Light coils 'jump' too easily .....even when they encounter small twigs.
