Not trying to single you guys out but you seem to be sme's on the 75se and I think you have seen or heard enough and or used the updated machine. Is it good to send in for update (as far as bugs, etc) or wait a little while. I spoke to a person at Fisher about shipping and he said he thought all was good concerning the update but wanted to check with you

I really don't know. You can't get bit waiting.

I think the 11/14s had some issues...heck my 7/14 was a great but all metal was too hot for use...

I think they maybe have figured out that what went wrong but I dotn have privy info...

I know they wanted to know what serial number mine is and they were looking into it so Im sure they Know the code to load...

Whatever you have right now though is way better than they started with on the D.S.T. LOL!!!

I would almost bet its simple to get it running PROPER once they get the code set right...

Yeah, one that sucks the finds right up into your pouch with no digging! Or at least one close to Keith's that will dig Chinese coins that weren't left from immigrant workers.

Thanks for all the input and tips you guys. I was gonna pack it up tomorrow as we are gonna get a lot of rain over the next few days but I think I'll keep and use it during my off week then send it in.

Tom, do you anticipate another software/hardware revision?

That's a good idea. Getting as much time on it (your current version) as possible will give you a better baseline for comparison for when you get it back.
