Great topic guys. I have to try Uncle Tom's trick on not being able to pin point a target,That has happened to me a number of times and I thought it was just too deep for the pin pointer. COOL INFO that is why this is the best forum!

YES......that happens too. You may acquire a weak...but good response and ID..............,,,,,,,,,,,,but the target will not give an audio response whilst pinpointing. This is true with many detectors.
