Hi,,,,yeah coils are reported bad all the time from all major brands....Especially one manufacture in particular who I will keep their name out of this....What's different in this situation is a Nokta/Makro representative stepping up to the plate and giving us an answer/reply about the situation........Thanks for being there Nokta/Makro......JJ

Ive tested the Racer 3 times now below 32 once at 30 once at 29 and once at 26 and have not had issues with either coil overloading at high sens levels...

I left them outside for about 30 minutes before the testing each time...

Not to say it wont happen Tomorrow but no problems yet..

I am glad that my coil condition seems to be a rare case and not something, that happens all the time with these coils.grinning smiley

My stock coil also doesn't like +1 degrees of celsius, as i just tested it outside and even tested all the frequency shift options.

I hope the replacement coil arrives soon.grinning smiley

A BAD COIL probably won't like ANY conditions----It's a BAD coil.

Tried the new coil and it works fine, so the old one was a bad coil.
