LOL.....when I read your post I immediately envisioned the Maytag Repairman commercials back in the 70's and 80's. He would always look bored and disinterested because the Maytags were working so well that the repairman never had to go on a service call. Good post!!! lol

It was better when my wife and I and our puppy dog were there.

Aren't we all? Or at least the common folk who have no choice but to lurk?

I saw Rudy's at over 800,000 at one point if I remember correctly! He tried to be sneaky but was caught!

Sorry Pac man that was directed at possum - I Love Racer threads as long as the poster knows what they are talking about instead of making stuff up

To be honest JF the biggest moaners of mis-information over there are the very old, very experienced members who just pop into threads with their digging one liners or simply post a picture and leave - Honestly wheres the constructive content in that?

I am sure the newer ones have the sense to chuck in detecting after an experience like that at FMDF -

What a crapola site its turned into - I was placed on vacation as I regarded the group (no individuals) as a bunch of ladies, which was enough to have me banned and my Racer reviews pulled - Sure I am spiting tacks as I have witnessed far worse behaviour by the older members who were just causing shite & still are -

I went there to learn from these guys and what I did learn was to stay away from them - love the vacation

A person needs to realize that you are just a number there. If you become popular and don't kiss up to authority you are out. Authority there has a long record of using people to play games. Authority there does very little to add anything to that site and they don't have to. I don't even know if one of the administrators there metal detects. A long time moderator there doesn't seem to know the difference between a tube of chap stick and a AA battery. I had fun there though until me and other people made it a fun place to be and it seemed like Friendly topics was taking over the site. They just make up a new daily rule and give you the boot rather than add anything to other parts of the site. They should just be honest about their intentions rather than trying to make someone look bad.

I had to laugh because yesterday when I dropped in there for a quick visit....one of the admins had posted a question re the Fisher F75 Ltd. - actually he was asking for some help on this detector and wanted to speak to someone in person...so I PM'd him suggesting that he check with someone here at Tom's site....he did not have the courtesy to reply...now I know why - in his mind this site is on his blacklist.

Here's a good example of the kind of post that is dragging down this forum.

Mojave, hate to bring it up, butt, you just had a hair, there.... and broadcasted what bugs you. We're all human, we're all different,... for now we have freedom of speech. Once in a while a spark flies, we can take it, we've been at life a long time....no worries.

What's a 'Racer'?

The "Racer" is that new metal detector that is coming out. I've heard that it has a distinctive feature that a lot of other detectors don't have. When you turn it on it don't suck.
