Troy X5 alert

I know there are some Troy fans on here - there is an X5 on EBay with 2 coils currently $325. I bet it goes higher so what would be a good price for x5 and two coils?

Ditto to Sven1's comment. I just checked and with 5 hours to go it is at $510. Sweet deal, but is only has the 5x10 dd coil. That was my favorite coil when I had my x5 and x3 Troys!

They hold their value but there's a lot better machines to be had for 500 bucks these days!! My only wish is that Troy would have made them with 2 tones. I would probably still have mine if he did.

Get the racer and never look back it offers more, call Vance Metal Detectors and talk to him tell him Lawrenzo sent you....Or get the deus and make some videos and get to know your machine

This one of Keith Southern's favorite detectors.

Keep in mind I would check if they are still serviced by Troy....plus excellent relic but there are certainly better coin units around....yep owned and used one of them also....

That IS a great price.

The X5 closed on ebay for 510.00 and there is another for 575.00 or best offer with the 9" coil and a 9" coil for 140.00 from another seller.

I bought that machine from that seller last month.....the Volume was real low on it...I returned it to him for refund..Troy could not figure out why volume was low when I talked to him...on a side note it took me awhile to get it to ground balance..the pot was sticking and the mode switch from fisc to all metal took awhile to get working..hopefully the seller got it fixed..Seller was very curtious..
