mx-5 for sale

any interest in a virtually new mx-5 with both 9" and 5.3 coils?
detector is in 'as new" shape.both coils have covers comes with d.v.d and
instruction manual,and i'll toss in a brand new set of lightweight whites
headphones.detector is outstanding in trash with the small coil on.
mxt family of circuitry which is a proven design. $450.00 gets it home!

Good decision-great machine.

never had that happen before on a detecting forum!...stood up at the altar with license and ring in hand!
i guess $450 doesn't "get it home."...at least not my home!
oh well, it's a person's right to change their mind...or however that old adage goes!...i'm just sayin'

totally get it! sorry for the confusion it was never my intention to mis lead anyone!
simply changed my mind,because i realized this is truly a terrific detector! why get something else?

Anytime you offer to buy something from another forum member there's always a chance somebody else will beat you to it. That's expected to happen sometimes and understandable when it does.

Somebody changing their mind about selling after someone agrees to the full price asked isn't something expected. It's not something I'd do, and I don't imagine most members of this forum would either.

But it's really no big deal, and I'm over it.

it sounds like a "dead nuts" match for mine,and $25.00 cheaper too!..if you should decide to "chase' it,i wish you the "best of luck!"

I saw that listing, but no 5.3 coil so not $25 less but significantly more $ than yours by the time the small coil is purchased elsewhere.

you are correct! perhaps an "offer" may be appropriate?
