I suspect Kellyco. If you buy from them your still buying from kellyco.

You can't please everyone. If you hate the big K, get something else.

Personally, I expect good service from Arizona.

possibly...but your also buying from a respected dealer who detects 24/7 and treats his customers well.

Go to the Whites website for example. If you click on "find a dealer" and you put in a zip code in the Western US, you will see a page with your nearest dealers, but that page is actually the Distributor - Jimmy Sierra's page.

There are lots of advantages for the manufacturer even though it reduces their income by the difference between what the distributor pays them and what the dealer pays the distributor.
