got a few good pieces in my last 4 hunts!! found at freshwater lake beaches with my cz20 :icon_thumright:have also been using my excal but it is not right > due to the fact i have a wierd one with 5 wires and not the normal 4!!!!!!!!! so the sef coil swap is not working and still in progress. all finds were with the cz20.

Nice finds Seeker, big difference in fresh water finds and salt water finds!

With a 10X loop............look at the very top of the cross (on the eyelet) for VERY small "10Kt" or "14Kt" markings. The markings are 'nearly' always on the eyelet.....or......sometimes on the eyelet clasp. Very nice finds.

And .925 = Sterling silver. This means 92.5% silver (and 7.5% copper). Any other mixture is NOT sterling. Also.....100% silver is too soft for jewelry. U.S. silver coins are 90% silver.
