The problem with that goodmore is... we don't want to give up our country to the hands of people that think like you and your comrade go-rebels. When you have a parasite, what's the best thing to do, yes, get rid of it?.....progressive liberals in this country being the parasites.....foreign to the script of America. An yes, it may be too late. The parasites were ignored and they multiplied, the party has been crashed, big time.

Going round and round on our different opinions on this subject,... past experience....is a big waste of precious time. I know where you stand and you know my position. Again I'll say, we'd probably get along fine until we talk about what's best for the land under our feet. I'm going to try and keep my trap shut on this subject, at least for now.

- A racist symbol that flies high on the grounds of a Southern state capital?

- Federal government aid to help poor people afford health insurance, as is done in all other modern Western countries?

- State sanctioned discrimination against gay couples?

eBay may ban selling of confederate coinage and notes......lol. See where this flag thing is going....

That's a huge overreaction but they are a private company and can do as they wish.

The Gay Marriage issue has been settled by SCOTUS in favor of the Libs.

We are just two men that don't hold to strict conservative views arguing among people that do. I hold no ill will towards those on this forum who disagree with me. I did my best to not get personal here. Politics is a nasty discussion and these threads usually get nastier as they go. It started with the flag and spiraled down from there. But the reality is the country sure is changing. Like it or not. Embrace some of these new ideas and give up on old ways. It sure will be less stressful. Good luck hunting to all. I think we know where each of us stands politically.

Seems very logical a true capitalist (pure) society would never work. Fire, police and other emergency services need to be shared socially. It appears we kind of pick and choose the things we like from capitalism and sociallism.

But beleive me would hate to live in a country with strong sociallism, freedom is the most valuable of all human rights.

How about in favor of humans? Not allowing discrimination is a lot different from banning a flag.

Hey guys have been a Tom D's forum member and avid reader since its start..Being able to express topics/ones view with each other on this forum without it being terminated is what makes it such a great site...Within the last year or so I have noticed a lot of talk/concern about the news of the day,politics,the future etc.. With that being said..This great country of ours was founded on certain principals and beliefs which very few are held to today....We are in a time of Moral erroision/decay,.I hear people say "God Bless America"... But "America Bless God"...= Living/Doing what is morally right..might be a better way of correcting a lot of problems in this country of ours..joe

Again, you have NO clue on obamacare. I CANNOT keep my doctor, My rates went way up, and due to beurocratic screw ups, my kids are not insured at this moment, and can NOT be insured untill next open enrollment! And I have private insurance, but his crap policy changed all the rules. Now Jerry Brown just signed into law, all ILLEGAL immigrants in Kalifornia, get FREE health care!!!! Thanks to people like me. I could go on for days, but you just dont get it, cause you have never ran a small business. I live in SOCIALIST Kalifornia, what Ive seen happen to the greatest state, is soon coming to you. And dont get all high n mighty about liberals are the majority...all you have to do is look at how many are on welfare, get free phones, etc to figure out why. Im done with this , so have at it.

Hi, agree with your post but the world will always change we are all different..too much of a gap between the have and have nots.

So have you Personally narrowed the gap by distributing meaniful amounts of your wealth to narrow the gap?? Be specific.
