1265x Parts

need the headphone jack on the 1265x anyone no where to get it or has a parts list or part number, the hole thing just broke apart so no headphone audio.

If you can..........pull the old/bad one out of the unit. Bring it to (first) Radio Shack and ask a KNOWLEDGEABLE person if they have it/can order it. If that does not work...........find a local electronics shop. You might even have a spare stereo, radio, another detector or electronic device with one in it. The part you are looking for should be a very common part.

thats not a problem, but it has a couple of capacitors soldered to it and I don't whats their for or if there needed.

True. Can you solder..........or have the electronics shop solder?

I have an old Fisher LF-990 I can probably take it out of that unit, thats an oldie still works and in excellant shape.
