Does anyone have one or know someone that does?
I am wondering how their technology compares to other companies.
It claims to be different... but is it?
Website is www.nexusdetectors.com
Thanks joey

That reminds me of the Vallon VMC1 mine detector
From the way that one is described it sounds like a mine detector.
Effective Detection of all metal and minimum-metal content targets
when they say minimum metal content targets they are referring to landmines that only contain a metal spring.

I am curious what the hodograph signals look like at the beach in the sand. How well can it tell the difference in tabs and gold rings. The hodograph might show a distinct difference. If so that would be great.

That sounds great Tom will do. I have always wanted a Au-21X since I saw you give a demonstration of yours at the beach shootout in Daytona in 2006. I am excited about the CZ-6. hope my parts show up this week.

i will be sure to take some high quaility photos of the changeover for others. then i will have to send it off to Tom for him to work his magic on.
Tom can a CZ6 be converted to a AU21X?
If so does salt mode still work, or does it become a dry sand only unit?
Otherwise i will just get you to do the old coins enhancement.

Yes i got it off craigs. I just ordered the parts from mouser, connectors and a headphone jack, to convert the coil connections and change over the headphone connection. The short that mine has is in the coil cable. a few inches from connector. having a nice solder station makes soldering the easy part.

All i will need is the Plugs. I can do the soldering. I will have to identify the 2 Caps and see if mouser or digikey has them and the plug hopefully.

I scored a cz6 for cheap, and it needs cleaning up. if you wiggle the coil connector at control box end it falses. do i have to resolder the connector on the coil or should i replace it? I have searched on this forum, but i can not find the thread that had the 5 pin connector part numbers.
If i am replacing the 4 pin with a 5 pin connector is the extra pin just not used? The machine does work i
