Okay. Here's where everyone thinks I'm a quack. I have and love an f75 Ltd! Here's what I did cause I hated all the noise.emi.... I simply wrapped some aluminum coated bubble wrap. Attic insulation. Over the coil wire on the upper shaft I actually wrapped the shaft wire under itI also wrapped a curt piece around the control housing and hrld it in place with a rubberband.

And kick yourself in private not quite so embarrassing. The bliss is a verry good machine or mine is it is well behaved as far as microphonics no trouble here. Also there are many detectors that will be se

Hydrogen peroxide. When heated will emit toxic vapors! On the other hand if you're in an open area go for it it works on largies verry well. Here's something just as effective and was less dangerous HOT SAUCE. Works great on copper zinc and brass. Warm a little up in the nuke give it a shot. Don't use it on pewter I tried a large cloak button. It's clean but it

Hello Dean. My suggestion. Now try it let me know what you think. Ground balance in all metal switch to disc. bp for sounds 15 for dis. And sens 75. If that's noisy switch to frequently 7. Seems the best channel. Unless default f4. Is quiet if you get too much noise with the coil in the air try frequency shift Last resort lower sens but my above will find deep silver dimes if you'r

Hello goodevening. Thanks for the replies. And yes Michigan you are correct I have high frequency loss more so in the right but still enough to cause issues with certain tones. My doctor had me tested a while back and at the time I was told that one day I would need hearing aids. But at this time I'm just not ready to get them! Every day sounds are no trouble however the sound type prod

Might just put up for sale.i paid 899 from kellyco in December not sure what to ask I think that the Grey ghost phones I've been using are pretty good I think it's just the lower volume or tone sound that makes it hard to hear. I believe it to be a darn good detector everyone can't be wrong I have tried it in an old park ball field that was once a home site 1820 or so I had it set

Have a good holiday john. And I'm leaning toward the 705 been reading on it and I think it will be a better fit I'm a more tone hunter and I just can't get used to the sounds of the t2se. Also would rather trade it here to someone that would be happy with it rather than sending it back to winter springs and getting beat out of 20 percent in restocking fees. In this case 180$. No

Sorex russianmade. Using different audio combos and the graph 99 percent you won't get fooled it will give a target signature in graphic display. Also affordable about 800$ shipped from Moscow. It will in my humble opinion develope a guick following and will prove aitself a force to rekon with!!! My2 cents worth happy hunting

I think if I walk into a local park with my craftsman shovel. It might turn more heads than I do now with just the detector however once I dig a target or two and move on and the haters of the hobby move in to access the damage so as they can report it to the city.........wow what a shock. No damage. Thanks tom I'm gonna use this method soon as we melt some. Might even set up a vidcam to ca

I have the same issue and I usually find more than one target when scanning with the pinpointer however this is not always the case! I find that if I do a manual gb. Slightly positive and run disc39sens70-80 depending on location and bp. It will help settle the I'd numbers quite a bit. Give it a shot. But again remember there maybe small metal or mineral content hiigh enough to produce re
