That Blisstool seems to be a deep machine but it did have a rather large coil compared to all the others (the minelab was the only one with a comparable size coil) from what I saw.
Still can't beat the DVG for iron separation/unmasking though and he was using/testing it in fast recovery no boost - Keith already proved in his test that slow recovery and boost on that it does even better an

I hear that - I was detecting in Jan, Feb and Mar last yr (March had record highs in the 80s)! Where did that go!?

This REALLY blows the big one - it's making me want to move someplace warm as it seems I'll NEVER get to detect ever again!!
There's at least 12" (an entire foot) of this xoxo on the ground currently and it's still coming down!!!!

For less than $400 I'd like to try one out!
Seems like it would do good on the beach (fresh water here) so I don't care if it doesn't have salt mode cuz I don't need it.
I like how it signals trash with 2 diff tones but gold/etc. with only the high tone. Seems to have some depth too (that ring was 2/3rds of the way up the shaft and it was still getting a signal (25 inche

Anyone? No-one?
can't seem to find any anywhere - none on FeeBay, Craigslist, or any of the other forums either :-(
will wait another 2 or 3 days to hear from someone but if not - guess I'll have to order from the big FL dealer as they seem to be the only one with both in stock
(most dealers don't even carry any of the Tesoro coils at all) at least none that I've seen?

If so - please PM me with price
thanks

I agree with ozzie up there ^^^^^^^^^
especially with the "private property thing"
50 yrs of the public land/s and beaches/lakes being pounded to death by guys with detectors doesn't leave much for us these days
even 25 yrs ago (1980s) you could still find virgin parks/schools, lakes, etc. and walk away with a pocket full of silver, relics, rings, tokens, old coins, jewelr

If they are "pristine, undetected private plowed fields and large multi-million dollar private estates or historically significant public areas (that are totally off-limits to ANY detecting) on significant Revolutionary era locations"
then how have "items already found dating to early 1700s" been found??
Totally off limits means "off limits" and if they're

Used - Troy Custom Detectors Shadow X5 Metal Detector for sale on ebay for $539.00
another one I'd add to the toolbox if I had the cash and wasn't already buying 2 other machines on top of the 3 I already own (wife would kill me)!
Maybe someone here has been looking for one and wants to add it to their collection??
