Maybe too late.
But alternating color of buttons like red, blue and yellow would have been nice.
A user with experience would have drawn a pattern in their mind, and would likely accelerate button recognition function at a glance. Pinpoint button red for sure.
Since a waterproof unit.
Button colors using chartreuse, magenta, and one other color would work.
Maybe give the center up/down

And if so for how long and how deep.
To include actual use, bath tub checks, farm pond checks.
You know where you tie a rope to detector and heave like into a farm pond, and go back the next day and check, throw back in for another couple days.
Realizing it's winter time and actual use while submerged may be not so possible or dangerous.

No, an idiot would have disregarded the rattling sound and turned on the detector and possibly poof!
Robert,
Here is info on posting pics here for future reference.

Well,
I haven't bit and took Equinox yet- hook, line and sinker.
Talks cheap.
I need to see the detector in action myself.
Question
Will Equinox dominate all other detector models single frequency, meaning with available coils find everything all the other single freq detectors will?
I can't say, but if the answer is no, then what?
How about its waterproofing?
It needs to b

Dealer gent in Tn sells them, has model on their site.
All I will say.
Don't want to break forum rules by trying to advertise or sponsor someone.
Nice finds Keith.
Sounds like the tonal differences with that particular unit more refined vs warrior unit.
Warrior unit can be tough to decipher sometimes.
Hint.
I am going into the backwoods of Tn to detect today.
Hope I find someth

For dry land hunters, I'll bet there are more aftermarket coils available for Kruzer and be cheaper than the so-called secret weapon most of us has never seen in the flesh. Actually if a pro package is available looks like a person might just pick one of them up for the price of Equinox 800 stock coil sized package.
Now, we don't know as far as grading service on Makro for defecti

I have not performed an overhaul as depicted in video.
Here are the specs on the batteries the gent uses though.
Folks should think twice before disposing of worn out packs.
It nothing else you could sell your old pack if you don't go the overhaul route.

Well, then the next question should be here.
Are by chance Nokta Impact and the Kruze multi freq unit coils interchangeable???
Likely answer is no since impact cable has a junction fitted, so cable too short.

Harold and Hombre I think here, I agree with.
Really a silly subject to even be talking about.
I mean the moral of the story here shouldn't be to break the law, just because no one likely is around to catch you.
Lawlessness- we have enough of this in USA, don't need to add detectorists to the list.
I wonder just what extremes some here would go to get access to buried CW relic

All I can say, let's hope the price of Equinox coils is NOT like CTX.
Shiny shovel Sod-buster out.
