Heard a rumor there is a new high priced Fisher out in the $6000 range?

I would think it would be a PI in that price range. High end gold detector? They lost my interest on the third zero.

Zimbabwean Dollars?

No way Jose.

The days of detectors pegged to the price of a half-dozen ounces of gold are long gone. Even the mighty Aussie detector giant has had to sharply cut the price of their GPX and GPZ detectors to keep the warehouse from filling up with unsold machines.

New Fisher? We all hope so - and there is every reason to believe that Fisher's lab in El Paso is up to more than perfecting their "menudo" recipe - but these folks are not a bunch of "banditos".

NOT a New detector---actually a F75 and they finally decided whether "90" is DST on or "91" is DST off--or it may be that "90" is DST off and "91" is DST on or is it-------??

Funny - if you apply for the clarification they will send you the answer for only $10

So Keith if one has the DST upgrade then their old manual would be wrong and the new manual would be right?

No offense--hopefully they won't follow ML's lead and price it out of reason. When the ML 7000 came out it was suppose to reopen all the old gold patches and everyone was going to be rolling in gold---ooops.

I estimate the odds of a US detector manufacturer introducing a machine much above $1500 as zero - just my opinion, of course.

FTP got tired of people stealing their stuff so they got a hold of one of these and reversed engineered it.
A new paint job, a couple of badges, voila...6 grand worth of fun!

Rick - There's a rumor that Gold Canyon used to have lots of gold but then a couple of FT testers took the new $6000 Fisher out there are got it all.

Yes, it was me. In anticipation of either of the major party candidates being elected, I am moving to Dubai.

Here's my new shop.

The shop is looking great! Looks a lot better than the last time I was in.
If Hilary and Trump were stranded on a deserted island, who would survive?
