I think the majority in the UK would vote the Deus, i don't use one but the Racer was good with the 5" coil but poor depth in my soil, 5" max, my GM5 is as good but is able to get to the much deeper targets with same 5" coil.

As i also detect in the UK my vote would also go for the Deus with the 9'' coil, with my T2 and the 5'' coil a very close 2nd and for such a small coil it does give a fair amount of depth for its size.Another machine/coil combination that i also like using is the /Tesoro/Laser B3 with the 4'' coil,no depth as such but its the magic of the small coil that folks also use it for Mudlarking on the Thames foreshore.

F 75, f a mode and the 5" DD "laser" coil is one deadly combination in heavy trash. The A T Pro with 5 x 8 coil or NEL Sharpshooter coil is no slouch, either. HH jim tn

That MFD 7272 looks like a serious machine.
I dont think the GM4wd can turn off the iron tone, you can on the GM5 as you can see in the video i made, makes it easier on the ears lol

For me it's been the F75 LTD2 and the Racer1 & 2. The F75 and Racers both do things a bit differently, so I feel that they are a great combo to clean out a site, but if I only have one chance at the site, then I'd take the Racer2 all day long.
