This is to inform you that we just released an update for the IMPACT based on a few feedbacks which is now available for download at the IMPACT product page below:

Updates Made : Individual frequency shift values have been assigned for each frequency (5kHz/14kHz/20kHz) and the frequency shift feature has been improved overall.

When will you have an installer for Mac computers?

Software updates for a great detector deserve to be installed via a great computer <g>

Sounds good, Dilek! Glad to see this new software release.
I downloaded the new version, installed it, and my Impact works fine. (Still.)

Can you tell us what the "individual frequency shift values" are that have
been assigned for each frequency? I recognize that you might change them
in future software updates, but it would be nice to know what the frequencies are
in this update.

By the way, a warning to Impact users:
The software update seems to do the equivalent of an "FD" reset.
My saved settings disappeared after I updated to version 1.13. So be sure
you know what your saved settings are before you update. You'll have to
enter them again.

FYI, Dilek has already updated the Impact software update instructions
to add the warning.

Quick response, as usual!
