Are there any good on-line sources for id'ing flat buttons?

On FindMall there is a forum titled 'Whatzit Forum'. People post pics, including buttons, for ID. Perhaps you can ask the forum's moderator if he knows of a button ID site.or perhaps pose the question itself to the forum. Are these american or non-american buttons you want info on? I think you need to ask that question to get the correct answer to your inquiry.

I posted a real old button (1820-1840) I found last fall on here...Tom and a few others nailed it down pretty well. Lots of brains here!

Use a search engine to find the site of Silversimon, he has many pages of buttons on his detecting site. Regards.
