What doe the certified/ validated statement really mean?

Great deal with the 11" DD Coil........

It means that the detector has been certified and tested by Tom, to work according to factory specs and defect/anomalie free.

I can assure you, you will not have any problems with it.

....now that's a nice deal for a TD certified machine and 11" coil!

I have tested every mode/control/operating parameter.....tested real-world performance.........verified against a base-standard........exposed the unit to varying degrees of EMI.....and a plethora of other physical/electronic/mechanical parameters........validating nominal performance.
