Thanks folks, yes Des life is busy with 4 kids and and self employment, hard to find detecting time the past year.
There's a castle dig here next month, looking forward to that outing!

Like yourself, I am now using the "Deus" (lite version w/WS4) as my main machine for months now. It's totally suiting the places I get to.

Thanks tnss, I nearly bought another nox but ended up with a deus! I don't think I gave the Deus a proper go first time, so 2nd time round we're off to a good start, first 2 coins dug were silver.

Version 4 and up. Helped Deus using LF coils. I listened to some nonferrous and compared to version 3.2. There was a difference.

Folks shouldn’t underestimate LF on Deus.
It will and can hunt.

Ground Sensitivity setting default changed. Definitely helps Deus,

I had been looking at the Deus for years, very unsure if it would suit me. Picked one up near the end of May. Pushing 2 months now and it has shown it can find stuff. Unexpected good fit for me.
