Here's something to motivate you dirt detectorists!!!!! **MUST SEE **

I went metal detecting a few days ago.. With my FISHER CZ-3D (1021) over to cousin Peters fields, dug me a sweet 1834 SILVER half dime 177 years old!!!! 9-10 inches deep, to think who dropped it and how much it would have bought back then....life was so simpler then....this is why I metal detect...to find the goodies....... Keep them finds coming. Something I have been doing after finding a coin is to circle around it as people often lost things around that area. Get that area good.

Trust me I "swept" that area every way possible.....but right next to it is thick brush and weeds,then the rock wall....gonna try again in a few days.... my smaller coil is on the way out..every time I hit the wire with something it falses...we have about a week maybe two up here in Maine before the ground really freezes......Thanks guys!!!....ALSO I have to say that for being a 1834 half dime which is smaller that a regular dime at 9-10 inches it picked that baby up like no tomorrow!!!! hence...in my book CZ-3D (1021) is HOTT!!!
