New to forum and CZ-3D
June 25, 2014 12:37PM
Just wanted to say hello to all and I traded for a 1 year old CZ-3D and look forward to learning a new machine! It is supposedly Nasa Tom tuned and has 10.5 and 8" coils. Will be using for beach, coin and relics. I'm a diehard Minelab user but like the older school knob type machines and have been eyeing the CZ line for a while as I'm a diehard sovereign user, but wanted to try something different!

Happy Hunting,
Walt

Having used both CZ's are certainly more user friendly and good luck, Any questions just fire away and googling Tom's name should get you some good reading and tips...

You will love the CZ-3D. I have a CZ-3D and an E-trac and some sites the CZ-3D will see a coin deeper than the E-trac. That is why I will always have one in my arsenal! Also one of the only detectors made that will give a high tone on a 5 dollar gold piece. That is if you are lucky enough to put your coil over one.

The 3D is my favorite machine for old spots, especially if its parks, as long as there isn't to much iron. Have fun.
