IF the Racer unmask as well as the CoRe with small 4.7x5.3 coil then yall are going to be in for a real treat in your hunted out sites..

There's nothing i know of that will see targets in hard hit hunted out sites full of iron like that combo...

the extreme gain of the unit coupled with the tightest footprint to date will flat out dig...

plus if The Racer gets the depth of the CoRe in bad dirt with stock coil with very good I.d Again you will be in for a treat...

if it doesn't at least you have the CoRe waiting for you..

I'm doing and have done alot of side by side testing and the CoRe is the real deal in the dirt...if the Racer brings just that yall will be loving it..

If thats the case, and it still does well on nuggetshooting, I see my Deus up for sale.

I think the designers at XP are up on all of this info and have been designing maybe a new small coil that will work. If that is the case I would never sell my deus but pair it with the racer or the Nokta. It may be the best way to hunt and nothing wrong with two detectors. Again I'm sure XP knows it has to move forward again with it's new software update that is coming. They are not going to go to sleep like the american's and wait seven years....to make a change

I hope the headphone jack is not at the top of the cuff, I hated that about the Explorer 2 unless you have a long headphone cord you can't easily scan handfuls of dirt under the coil.

Keith have you done any side by side testing with your "Proper 75" and the CoRE with similar coils and if so would you please post your findings. Thanks for all your efforts.

The way things work is when you get a unit for evaluation or other purposes you keep your mouth shut until given an ok to speak. This is especially important with new detectors. Any company with sense reserves the right to introduce a product itself. I am involved in stuff right now that I am not allowed to even insinuate that I might possibly be involved in by way of written contract.

Any ideas there are delays is amusing when nobody even knew the Racer might exist 60 days ago.

And that is all I can give you to chew on. Sorry!
